Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Flexible Schedule
About The Position
MedCare Pediatric has been a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services for over 30 years. We specialize in delivering compassionate, family-centered care to children through physical, occupational, speech therapy, and ABA services. Our mission is to empower children and families through personalized, high-quality support that promotes independence and growth. We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
