About The Position

Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- with great base salary and bonus structure! Up to 136,200/year Key Notes on Salary and Bonus: Base salary is paid consistently throughout the year. Bonus compensation is earned for each additional billable hour beyond the tier minimum. Bonus is calculated based on average additional hours worked per week. Tier Model Tier 1: $70,000–$75,000 per year base salary Minimum billable expectation: 20 hours per week Bonus rate: $40 per additional billable hour Tier 2: $80,000–$85,000 per year base salary Minimum billable expectation: 25 hours per week Bonus rate: $50 per additional billable hour Tier 3: $95,000–$105,000 per year base salary Minimum billable expectation: 30 hours per week Bonus rate: $60 per additional billable hour POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavior Analyst will oversee the development and implementation of behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs for pediatric clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Behavior Analyst will provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, ensure treatment fidelity, and collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress. The Behavior Analyst will work under the supervision of the Director of ABA.

Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment and Treatment Planning
  • Maintain a caseload of 5-8 full time clients (or equivalent dependent on tier model)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments using evidence-based tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, ESDM, or Essentials for Living
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) based on assessment data and client needs
  • Maintain updated Behavior Support Plans for clients based on clinical indicators and direction from Director of ABA
  • Data Analysis and Progress Monitoring
  • Utilize digital data collection platform to evaluate client progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decision to adjust treatment as needed
  • Prepare and present progress reports for family meetings, team reviews, and insurance authorizations
  • Staff Supervision and Training
  • Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to intervention protocols and behavior support plans.
  • Deliver ongoing training and mentorship to behavior technicians to enhance their clinical skills and professional development
  • Observe sessions and provide constructive feedback utilizing behavior skills training (instruction, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with caregivers to provide education, training, and guidance on behavior management and skill-building strategies
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (speech therapists, occupational therapists, early intervention professionals,and educators) to coordinate care.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategize interventions
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Maintain client documentation in compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA, and funding source requirements
  • Ensure ethical and professional standards are upheld in all interactions and interventions
  • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in ABA therapy, incorporating them into clinical practice.
  • Maintain certification by obtaining necessary continuing education credits (CEUs) as specified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
  • Center Support and Leadership
  • Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment within the center.
  • Support administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling and maintaining client caseloads.
  • Lead team meetings and provide leadership in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Interact with all families during client arrival and dismissal times
