About The Position
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Advancing Beyond the Spectrum (ABS) is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring treatment and behavior intervention plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral challenges. This role involves leading a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with families and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients. The BCBA will manage an established caseload while also having the opportunity to build their own, working in a supportive and flexible environment.
