Come work for MHUSD where you will be a welcome member of a highly collaborative and supportive behavior team! Join us and be one of 6 BCBAs in a district of 13 schools where you will be responsible for only 2-3 school sites and assigned a manageable caseload. Each BCBA works at the school site level to build knowledge and capacity for school staff to effectively implement class wide and individual positive behavior programs, both in general and special education environments. Work closely with school administration teams, service providers, teachers, and paraprofessionals to create a respectful and dignified approach to challenging behaviors in order to support students to access instruction and to make academic and social progress in the least restrictive environment.
