The BCaBA will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans using evidence-based practices and interventions under the direction of a supervising BCBA, including play- based therapy and Natural Environment Teaching. The BCaBA will conduct ongoing comprehensive assessments for their caseload and will provide supervision in accordance with Little Spurs Autism Centers standards for our clients. They will also follow policies, practices, procedures and applicable regulations by the BACB. This position will report to the Clinical Director and will work closely with the Center Manager for client success. Opportunity to grow into a BCBA and beyond are available for all staff.
