About The Position
Leominster Public Schools is seeking dedicated Before School Support Staff for our Creative Choices program located at Frances Drake School. This part-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with children, particularly those with disabilities. The role involves providing support to students during the early morning hours, specifically from 6:45 AM to 8:45 AM. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, a team player, and an effective communicator, capable of building connections with both students and staff. In this position, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students as they arrive at school. You will assist in facilitating activities that promote engagement and social interaction among students. The role requires a strong commitment to integrity and moral character, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative in various situations. You will work closely with the Program Director and other staff members to ensure that the needs of all students, especially those with disabilities, are met effectively.
