Requirements
- You genuinely enjoy working with children
- You’re reliable, patient, and team-oriented
- You bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Available weekday mornings, Monday–Friday
Nice To Haves
- Experience with kids is helpful—but not required
Responsibilities
- Welcoming children and helping them transition into the school day
- Leading morning games, quiet activities, and enrichment experiences
- Supporting positive behavior and social skills
- Building respectful relationships with children and families
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and calm environment
- Collaborating with teammates to keep mornings running smoothly
