About The Position
The Before and After School Support Leader assists students with severe special education needs by helping individuals or small groups of students with curriculum, implementing programming, generalizing learned skills, and implementing behavior strategies. This position is classified under Extended Childcare Services and reports to the Director or designee. The role requires adherence to Colorado Department of Early Childhood licensing requirements and involves providing technical physical care for children with special needs, implementing accommodations and supports, and maintaining safety protocols.
