Our Before & After Care Program extends learning beyond the school day, providing a safe, structured, and enriching environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Program manager is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our Before & After Care programming across KIPP St. Louis schools. This leader ensures that our extended learning time is not just a service, but a high-quality, equity-centered program that aligns with KIPP’s commitment to educational excellence, inclusion, and student success. The Program manager will oversee curriculum development, staff supervision, program operations, and family engagement while maintaining a strong focus on continuous access for all students. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Equity, ensuring that Before & After Care aligns with KIPP St. Louis' broader equity initiatives by eliminating barriers to participation, fostering a sense of belonging, and implementing culturally responsive practices.
