About The Position
AlphaBEST Education Group Leader Elementary schools within the Weld RE4 School District (Windsor/Severance area) Pay: $16.25/ hour Schedule: AM shifts: 6:30 am till 8:15 am (depending on location) PM shifts: 2:00 pm (depending on location) till 6:00 pm Summer Camp operates 7:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F Looking for experience that matters? As an AlphaBEST Group Leader , you'll help shape meanin gful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff Here's what you'll need: Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+). Your experience must be after you were 18 years or older Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations Why Join Us?
