Job Summary: Join the team at Ponch’s Place, part of the VRCCO campus, and help create an exciting, welcoming experience for every guest. As a Beertender, you will play a key role in the success of our beer pavilion and food truck lot, working closely with management to keep operations smooth, clean, and efficient. You’ll bring enthusiasm, responsibility, and organization to every shift, providing friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to OLCC regulations. You will be a brand ambassador for VRCCO while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
