Position Summary Oak View Group is hiring seasonal Beer Vendors to join our team at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, Arizona for the Spring Training season. As a Beer Vendor, you will provide our guests the highest level of customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments in the stands, concourse & lawn on game days. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required. In light of the seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the position will run from mid- February until the end of March for the Spring Training season, with ability to return when event season begins again next Winter. Schedule varies depending on game time and attendance. This is a seasonal role from February 1, 2026 and will end on April 1, 2026. This role pays an hourly rate of $12.15 and is commission and tip eligible. This position will remain open until April 1, 2026. About the Venue Oak View Group is the exclusive food, beverage, and merchandise provider for Salt River Fields, the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies Spring Training!
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Available to work Spring Training event/game days
- Previous alcohol serving experience preferred
- Experience in credit card processing required
- Previous experience using computerized POS system required
- Basic math skills such as addition and subtraction
- Ability to remain walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Sell beverages with enthusiasm throughout the stands, concourse & lawn
- Carry product through the stands, concourse & lawn
- Serve beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Maintain beverage stock by ordering beverages, condiments, and supplies
