Beer/Beverage Retail Lead Merchandiser
About The Position
Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts in the best professional manner possible. Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards. Assist with training new merchandisers. Lead or assist with store resets. Cover large format open sales routes as needed. Conduct surveys of accounts as requested. Attend sales meetings; complete craft and wine training; view playbooks. Responsible for regular and punctual attendance to ensure product is delivered timely to CBC customers. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Service-driven employee
- Education equivalent to a high school diploma plus at least 1 year of merchandiser or sales experience.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Consent to pre-employment inquiries and tests including criminal background, MVR check, physical assessment (job simulation) and drug tests.
