As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand in retail locations, ensuring our products are fresh, well-displayed, and ready to delight customers. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute merchandising plans and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners. Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to lift and maneuver products regularly.
  • A commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift 35-pound cases and maneuver 168-pound kegs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment dollies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain eye-catching product displays using current promotional materials.
  • Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper shelf placement.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor pricing and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
  • Promote a positive company image through excellent service and relationship-building.
