About The Position

GENEX Cooperative is seeking a Beef Territory Sales Manager position to cover the areas of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. The candidate will provide professional service through sales and breeding program assistance to members/customers that will result in improved profit potential for them and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is 100% beef emphasis.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Prior sales experience
• Microsoft knowledge
• Strong beef background and large herd experience
• Enjoy working with members and customers to help them be profitable
• Be a team player and a problem solver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment as well as possess effective communication and people skills
• Willingness to be challenged and develop both personally and professionally

Responsibilities

• Sell GENEX semen, products, and programs to increase market share and achieve sales budgets
• Provide professional service through sales and breeding program assistance to members/customers
• Represent GENEX in a positive and professional way that enhances the confidence and respect the members/customers, prospects, and the agricultural community have in the organization
