Requirements

• Harvest floor knife experience.
• Ability to sharpen and maintain a sharp knife.
• Willingness to learn anatomy, physiology, and pathological disease processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively.
• Interest in mentally challenging work.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision knife cuts on beef products.
