About The Position

Tradewind Aviation is looking for a seasonal part-time Concierge to be based at Laurence G. Hanscom Field, Bedford, MA. The purpose of the Concierge is to streamline the process of passengers’ arrival and boarding and to ensure smooth communication with passengers, aircrew, and the company. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude.
Good memory of faces and names.
Ability to pass company background checks and meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge.
Prolonged periods of standing outdoors and exposure to elements.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds

Responsibilities

Greets passengers upon their arrival at the terminal and utilizes software for check in process.
Collects, organizes, and weighs baggage for pilots.
Ensures passenger comfort and keeps passengers informed of any flight delays.
Assists with pilot introduction, boarding calls, and baggage handling.
Responsible for opening and closing the lounge.
Stocking lounge & keeping track of inventory.
Light Cleaning of lounge.
Other duties as assigned.
