About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and prioritizing patient flow activity for all points of entry requiring a bed, ER , Cath Lab, OR, PACU, Direct Admissions, SDCC, and Transfer Center. Registers patients when Patient Access is closed and registers all transfers. Collaborates with the Transfer Center RN's, Unit Managers and off shift Supervisors to improve patient throughput while working in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for accurate Bed Rental procurement .

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year to two years of previous work related experience required
• Ability to read and understand written instruction
