Responsible for the effective daily coordination and monitoring of service calls and patient rooms through timely and accurate dispatch and management of customer requests and efficient assignments of personnel utilizing various hospital and Microsoft office applications. Ensures positive patient, customer and EVS employee's satisfaction, proper priority standard utilization, program quality standards, performance improvements, and personnel productivity. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and for established policies and procedures.
