Requirements
- Experience working in retail or a full-service salon is preferred.
- A passion for beauty and personal care is highly valued.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience with high-end clientele is desired.
- Demonstrate professionalism, poise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests in reaching the right service at the right time, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support post-service guest needs, including recommending products for home use based on provider guidance.
- Gain knowledge of product selection to enhance guest satisfaction and follow professional recommendations.
- Learn and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently for transactions and inventory management.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable support to create a positive guest experience.
