About The Position

As a member of the beauty team at Nordstrom, you will play a dual role as both an artist and a teacher, focusing on building long-lasting relationships with customers passionate about cosmetics and beauty trends. Your primary responsibilities will include providing guidance on beauty products, achieving sales goals, and managing vendor relationships to enhance business results.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers who have a passion for cosmetics and beauty trends.
  • Provide honest and tactful feedback and guidance to customers on beauty products.
  • Set and exceed company and personal sales goals while supporting team goals.
  • Achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
  • Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
  • Maintain the department's readiness by stocking, re-merchandising, and light cleaning.
