About The Position

The Beauty Concierge at Nordstrom Rack is responsible for enhancing the customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves assisting customers with their shopping needs, ensuring a smooth fitting room experience, and maintaining an organized sales floor. The Beauty Concierge will also promote Nordstrom's various programs and events while managing inventory processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Keep the customer experience quick, easy and fun while helping customers uncover great deals.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Share knowledge of fashion and inform customers about upcoming events, gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays 'runway ready' through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
