We are looking for a Full-Time Beauty Coach based in Macy's Oakbrook in Oak Brook, IL. You will represent the Clarins Brand and drive the business through acquisition and retention of customers, while providing superior levels of customer service. Requirements
- Prior cosmetics experience
- Good interpersonal skills and sales experience
- Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create activity and animation
- Customer-focused, results-oriented and brand addicted
- Comfortable demonstrating products
- Customer service oriented
- Confident, positive and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Achieving counter sales goal
- Assist Counter in achieving event and promotions successfully
- Provide an elevated and seamless customer experience through consultation, make-up and product application
- Communicate with management
- Maintaining counter hygiene and presentation
