Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to determine their individual needs and provide personalized service.
• Conduct cashier tasks and handle customer service inquiries, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests and drive sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
