About The Position

The Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency in selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to determine their individual needs and provide personalized service.
• Conduct cashier tasks and handle customer service inquiries, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance the guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests and drive sales performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
