About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Our mission is to empower individuals to express themselves through hair and beauty, and we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team. In this position, you will focus on building relationships with customers and inspiring their loyalty by providing expert advice on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will be the go-to advisor on our customers' beauty journeys, ensuring they receive the best possible service and product recommendations. Your responsibilities will include informing customers about current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, and arranging merchandise to highlight sales. You will also ensure that customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program, complete transactions accurately, and maintain a professional store environment.
