About The Position

ActionLink is seeking a dynamic, high-energy beauty enthusiast to join their team as a Dyson Beauty Advisor. This role involves showcasing Dyson’s cutting-edge hair-styling technology in the vibrant beauty aisles of Sephora and Ulta stores. The advisor will captivate shoppers with innovative tools, expert tips, and personalized flair, turning everyday visits into extraordinary beauty moments. The position requires up to 18 hours per week, with mandatory Saturday shifts and availability on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, in Sephora and Ulta stores located in Nashville, TN. Opportunities for skill growth and connection with other beauty lovers are available, along with paid online training to build product knowledge.

Requirements

Cosmetology license required
Bubbly, bold and ready to chat with every shopper!
Retail beauty sales, product demonstration, or hair styling experience
Familiarity with Nordstrom, Sephora, or Ulta
Ability to share product know-how, tips and tricks with individuals or in groups
Travel-ready with trusty transportation
A smart device for connectivity and quick reporting
Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stay on your feet
