About The Position

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, and reach as required by the job.
• Ability to lift moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance customer experience.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events to drive sales.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues to management.
