About The Position

Join ActionLink's Dyson Beauty Team as a Beauty Advisor and bring your passion for beauty to life! This part-time role is based in Sephora stores in Manhattan, NY, where you will engage customers with Dyson's innovative hair styling tools. The position requires 16 hours of work per weekend, specifically on Saturdays from 11am-7pm and Sundays from 10:30am-6:30pm. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and connect with other beauty enthusiasts while earning a competitive pay range of $30.00-$32.00, commensurate with experience. The role also includes paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bubbly and bold personality, ready to engage with shoppers.
• Experience in retail beauty sales, product demonstration, or hair styling.
• Familiarity with Nordstrom, Sephora, or Ulta is a plus.
• Ability to educate others about beauty products and techniques.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to work.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and remain on your feet during shifts.
