About The Position

The Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the cosmetics department. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a well-merchandised counter. The Beauty Advisor will also participate in training programs and events, utilizing Saks' clienteling system to enhance customer engagement and business success.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in learning and utilizing online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative in a positive working environment.

Responsibilities
