About The Position
The overall purpose of the Beautician is to provide cosmetology services to patients.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is necessary.
- Texas Cosmetology License in good standing.
- A working knowledge of current cosmetology practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
- Must dress and act in professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties of a licensed Beautician, adhering to all applicable Texas Regulations under the Texas Cosmetology Commission.
- Has reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Network's Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employee’s responsibility to enforce it.
- Completes other tasks/duties as assigned by the Administrator, regional or corporate management.
- Attends weekly in-services, understands, and complies with patient Care Management Systems.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
