About The Position

The Business Center Representative at H-E-B is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while performing various tasks related to Business Center services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Experience as a Checker (preferred).
  • Completion of Alcohol Seller's Training (AST).
  • Completion of Money Service Business (MSB) training.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Intranet navigation.

  • Ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks.
  • Attention to detail, especially during stressful situations.
  • Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service with etiquette and a positive attitude.
  • Answer phone calls appropriately and handle customer concerns and complaints.
  • Research discrepancies and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Use knowledge and suggestive selling techniques to build department/store sales.
  • Facilitate all Business Center services and comply with H-E-B security and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Conduct transactions on the H-E-B POS System and handle large sums of cash.
  • Process, reconcile transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Apply understanding of H-E-B Refund Policy and process returns as applicable.
