About The Position
The YMCA Beacons School Success programs aim to engage youth as leaders and learners by transforming schools into active youth centers during afterschool and summer periods. The program provides free, high-quality educational, recreational, and leadership development activities for kindergarten through 12th-grade youth and their families at various Beacons School Success Centers in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Richfield. Program Staff serve as mentors, role models, allies, and educators, responsible for facilitating programming and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
