About The Position
The Beacons School Success Coordinator at YMCA of the North is a part-time role focused on supporting youth development through after-school mentoring programs. This position involves engaging with high school students, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring quality programming at the Beacons School Success Center. The Coordinator will work closely with school staff and community partners to address the needs of youth and families, while also providing leadership and direction to program staff and volunteers.
