About The Position

The Beach\/Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the condominium’s beach and pool areas. This role focuses on guest service, cleanliness, and rule enforcement to ensure an enjoyable experience for residents and authorized guests.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and back ground check.
• PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE DELRAY BEACH AREA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor beach and pool areas to ensure compliance with condominium rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, furniture, cabanas, and beach areas.
• Set up and break down chairs, umbrellas, and pool or beach equipment as required.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests, including answering questions and offering general support.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or rule violations to management promptly.
• Ensure proper use of wristbands, passes, or access credentials if applicable.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for beach and pool areas.
• Coordinate with lifeguards, maintenance, or security personnel as needed.
