As an Hourly Manager, you will support daily restaurant operations, lead frontline team members, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience. Requirements

• 1–3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service standards
• Ensure consistent execution of service, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor control, and shift coverage as needed
• Handle guest interactions, resolve concerns professionally, and elevate the guest experience
• Partner with culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Train new hires and reinforce ongoing training for current staff
• Step into service roles when needed to support the team during peak periods
