About The Position

THE BEACH CLUB SPA RECEPTIONIST As the first representative of the spa, Spa Receptionists are expected to provide exceptional customer service while displaying professionalism face to face as well as over the phone. Assists our guests with any needs while in spa for appointments, ex. Shows guests’ locker room area and helps with any request during their visit. Proper phone etiquette required. All Receptionists will be expected to work days, weekends-as well as some holidays. At Spectrum Resorts, we believe in teamwork, family, and supporting each other. It's just who we are. Requirements

Excellent guest service skills required
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have basic computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to learn property specific systems
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel
Must be able to carry up to 20 lbs.
