Here is your opportunity to join the team of the iconic Little Palm Island Resort and Spa. The luxury private Island resort includes 15 Bungalows, spa, a bar lounge, beach and fine dining restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Little Palm Island redefines working in paradise. As Beach Attendant/Dock Hand, your friendly, energic and professional personality will be a part of our guest's memorable escape. In this position, you will split your time between assisting our guests on the beach as they enjoy our complimentary water sports equipment, assisting arriving yachts and seaplanes as well as ensuring our guest's luggage gets to and from their suite safely. With class and style, you will help ensure our guests are enjoying their time using our paddle boards, kayaks, sail boat and small motor boats while working on the beach. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• High energy and attention to detail.
• Personable and efficient.
• Ability to work outside in the FL Keys climate.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on the beach with complimentary water sports equipment.
