We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who's hungry, resilient, and ready to grow fast. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-conviction startup backed by deep technical roots and big ambitions. You'll be on the front lines of our growth, identifying opportunities, starting conversations with future customers, and creating the pipeline that fuels everything. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in sales and thrive in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (6-month BDR internship is sufficient)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections
  • Proficiency in a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and outbound tools (SalesLoft, Outreach, Reply.io, or similar)
  • Great presentation and storytelling skills
  • Native-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, outreach, and conversations
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, email, and phone to reach prospects in a thoughtful, multi-touch approach
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives by generating qualified pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track KPIs like meetings booked and pipeline contribution
  • Continuously experiment with new outreach strategies to maximize results
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (90% outbound focus with 100 calls per day activity target)
  • Research target accounts and identify specific stakeholders by name and role
