About The Position

Our vision is that everyone who wants a family should have the chance to try. For the 1 in 6 families that struggle to conceive, fertility treatments are an option but they are expensive. We created the world’s first IVF insurance allowing more people who wish to be parents to pursue treatment with increased financial flexibility. Because the difference between having a child or not should not be how rich you are. The role is for a BDR (Patient Support) based in Latin America to connect with prospects as they consider Gaia for their fertility journey. You’ll be the first human touchpoint for patients early in their fertility journey; answering questions, building trust, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. This is a unique opportunity to support people at one of the most pivotal moments in their lives and help shape how Gaia shows up for them. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to manage the prospect pipeline for any US-based patient starting their fertility journey in the early stages.

Requirements

  • Are bilingual in English.
  • Have minimum 1 year of experience qualifying leads and potential prospects over the phone and via inbound forms (required).
  • Experience in the healthcare or fertility space (nice to have).
  • Are empathetic and deeply care about our Members - the IVF experience is incredibly stressful and empathy for what they are going through is a must.
  • Are a self-starter - you’ll be working as part of a small team but also a specific growth project, so we’ll be looking to you to help set us up for success.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills - you’ll constantly be communicating with patients, clinic staff and the rest of our company via email and phone calls.
  • Are based in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a marketing pipeline of US-based Gaia prospects.
  • Qualify potential members at their early stages throughout inbound forms and outbound sales calls.
  • Support MQLs to book a clinic consultation.
  • Book initial calls between Gaia Prospects and Member Growth Associates.
  • Manage all communication with Prospects via calls and email.
  • Effectively carry out processes to track prospects' initial journey and share data with clinics and the rest of the team.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing our sales pipeline to drive overall Member growth.
