Motus is seeking an experienced sales manager to manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in a hybrid capacity. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline, mentoring and developing a Chicago-based BDR team, and ensuring the success of our sales efforts. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact our company's growth while also developing future sales talent. While Motus is a remote-first company, this role will be hybrid, working out of a Chicago-based office Tuesday through Thursday.
