About The Position

Simeio is seeking an experienced BDR Manager to lead and develop a team of five Business Development Representatives focused on generating qualified pipeline for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This leader will drive performance against weekly appointment-setting targets, ensure consistent lead follow-up, and oversee KPI achievement across the BDR organization. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record managing successful BDR/SDR teams, ideally within cybersecurity, identity security, or security services, and knows how to build a high-performance outbound motion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a BDR/SDR team with measurable success in pipeline generation.
  • Background in cybersecurity, security services, SaaS security, or identity/security-related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales development processes, KPIs, and performance management.
  • Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Alpharetta, GA at least 3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market technology sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IAM or broader cybersecurity concepts is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5 BDRs to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
  • Oversee outbound appointment-setting efforts with prospective clients and ensure high-quality meeting execution.
  • Manage lead follow-up processes, ensuring timely outreach and consistent pipeline development.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reporting to Sales Leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead routing, outbound campaigns, messaging, and target account lists.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching, and skill development sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Implement best practices for outbound prospecting, sequencing, and territory coverage.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new BDR team members as the function grows.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Simeio’s IAM solutions and value proposition to ensure the BDR team is messaging effectively.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
