About The Position
Gynger is seeking a dynamic, hands-on BDR/SDR Manager to build and scale its outbound sales development function. This role combines strategic building with operational execution, allowing the manager to architect the next phase of the BDR motion while leading a team of high-performing representatives. The position reports directly to the VP Revenue and offers the opportunity to build foundational systems, shape team culture, and impact Gynger’s growth significantly. As a critical role in a high-growth startup, the manager will have exposure to various business aspects and the chance to redefine how companies manage their cash flow.
