About The Position

Our platform automates the ordering process by partnering with major suppliers, utilizing an AI self-learning platform, and offering data-led credit solutions. Requirements

  • ~2 years experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in a B2B role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and being motivated by closing deals.
  • Natural flair for customer engagement and ongoing over-performance of targets.
  • Experience or interest in the food/consumer goods industry with brands and suppliers preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Smash sales targets and build relationships in the industry.
  • Work with the Growth team to set priorities and strategic direction for new business.
  • Prospect and engage new brands through various channels including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos with outbound and inbound leads.
  • Advocate for users by partnering with Marketing and Product teams to improve the product.
  • Collect and record feedback throughout the sales process, suggesting improvements.
  • Act as an Opply spokesperson, exceeding growth targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends and competitors.
  • Attend industry events to network and represent Opply.

  • Salary range of $60,000-$80,000 + Uncapped OTE + Equity (after first 6 months, pay review).
