About The Position
The Bulk Distribution Center Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting a third-party logistics operated Bulk Distribution Center (BDC). This position serves as the primary contact for stores and the BDC, handling product inquiries, special order sales, and inventory questions. The specialist is responsible for daily and weekly reporting, monitoring special order sales, processing claims, and managing receipts and shipments.
