About The Position

Grieco Hyundai has immediate openings for our BDC (Business Development Center) department for both Sales and Service. Our Business Development Reps earn an excellent income and enjoy the benefits of working with a successful and progressive family-owned dealer group. The main purpose of the job is to be directly responsible and accountable for making qualified appointments from phone & internet leads and previous customers. Must maintain excellent customer satisfaction and make sure notes are in the customer's file.

Responsibilities

  • Generates business through daily traffic, repeat and referral prospects and outside sources.
  • Maintains excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Completes daily tasks set by the manager.
  • Explains fully product performance, application, benefits.
  • Completes all required product and sales training through the factory, dealership and corporate office.
  • Fields incoming calls effectively using designated scripts.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
  • Maintains clean, professional appearance at all times.
