Grieco Ford of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking BDC Representatives to join our dynamic and growing Sales Team.   Top candidates will need to be professional, possess a positive attitude, have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.   If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for talking to customers, this is the job for you!

Requirements

• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be willing to take on any other duties assigned.
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required.
• Must have a willing to learn mentality.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred).
• Prior experience in a dealership or showroom setting (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online.
• Searching for potential sales leads.
• Booking appointments for the Sales Showroom.
• Acting as a first point of contact for our Customers.
