  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats.
  • Make outbound calls/texts/emails in correspondence to internet inquiries about vehicles.
  • Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
  • Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales.
