As a Business Development Center (BDC) Appointment Coordinator, you will promptly, professionally, and courteously assist our customers in a call center environment communicating with customers via text, e-mail, or social media as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Promptly assist customers in a call center environment.
• Communicate with customers via text, e-mail, or social media.
• Ensure customers have a world-class experience at every step along their ownership journey.
• Provide expertise to support customers' overall experience.
• Use MS Office Suite, CRM, and lead management tools to manage inquiries and update customer files.
