Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Superior multitasking and organizational abilities to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.
  • A resilient and motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a BDC or call center environment is a plus, but we will train exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture and re-engage customers.
  • Log all customer communications and information accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date on recommended maintenance schedules, manufacturer recalls, and current promotions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and help build lasting relationships with our clientele.
