Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Superior multitasking and organizational abilities to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.
A resilient and motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a BDC or call center environment is a plus, but we will train exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage all incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
Schedule and confirm service appointments.
Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture and re-engage customers.
Log all customer communications and information accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
Stay up-to-date on recommended maintenance schedules, manufacturer recalls, and current promotions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and help build lasting relationships with our clientele.
